ECHA a third group of eight kinds of potential is officially classified as SVHC, now the communist party of China (38 kinds of SVHC candidate list

2010 年6 月18 日，欧盟化学品管理局（ECHA）决定将8 种潜在SVHC 正式归入REACH高关注物质候选清单，至此，REACH候选清单中共有38 种SVHC。

这 8 种物质：三氯乙烯（Trichloroethylene）、硼酸（Boric acid）、无水四硼酸钠（Disodium tetraborate, anhydrou）、七水合四硼酸钠（tetraboron disodium heptaoxide hydrate）、铬酸钠（Sodium chromate）、铬酸钾（Potassium chromate）、重铬酸铵（Ammonium dichromate）、重铬酸钾（Potassium dichromate）

ECHA在1月13号正式将REACH第二批14种新的SVHC增加到候选清单
